Seriously - Celery root? I get why we eat carrot root and onion root and potato root: because no one with a grain of meat in their taco would consider eating the greens. But celery itself is perfectly… well, edible anyhow. Who would keep going and eat the crusty rootball just because it was there? Blind people with no self-control? People with rabbit issues? That Mikey kid from the cereal commercial? I give up.
